TICKETS RETURN CONDITIONS
If you bought the ticket at the booking office of bus terminal the ticket is to be returned at the booking office as well.
In case if the ticket was paid for at the official web-site of Odessa International Bus Terminal odessabus.com and in case of technical possibility of the sales system (t.i. if there is «cancel» button in personal account), you can cancel the payment on-line and received money on the card that the purchase was made with.
For this purpose you have to enter your personal account and push the «cancel» button not later than 30 minutes before bus departure. Upon termination of this period the return is possible only at the booking office on general grounds.
Please, note that for some voyages of carriers and while departures from other stations the return is only possible at booking office of the corresponding departure station or at booking offices of carriers.
In case of return of a ticket upon passenger’s initiative be ready for deductions in the rate of 10% up to 48-56% depending on time left till the termination of the return period as well as for existence and amount of fees (bus station, service fees, deductions from carrier tariff).
CONDITIONS OF TICKET RETURN upon passenger initiative:
When returning ticket 1 calendar day before bus departure you will receive full cost of the ticket minus deducted fees.
If you return ticket less than 1 calendar day but not less than 2 hours till the bus departure 10% of ticket cost + fees will be deducted.
While returning ticker less than 2 hours till bus departure (10 minutes till departure maximum) 20% of the ticket cost + fees will be charged.
If you return ticket 10 minutes before or within 3 hours after bus departure 30% of the cost of ticket + fees will be deducted.
Tickets for suburban routes upon passenger initiative are not re-issued and are not subject to return if a passenger is late.
Bus station fee as a rule amounts to 5-18% depending on class of servicing bus station.
Service fee amounts to 8% and charged for effecting payment on-line. Please, note that service fee is a service of electronic tickets sale system; therefore, bus station does not issue receipts about payment of such service. For issuing document confirming the service fee payment the passenger can apply to bank servicing the client’s electronic banking card.
Certain international routes can have the other procedure of tickets return upon existence of international legal agreement ratified by Ukraine regulating such issue.
Return of tickets for canceled voyage is executed at bus station booking offices.
In such case 100% of ticket cost is returned. In case of purchase of on-line ticket or at the booking office of the other bus station the service fee and inter-terminal sale might not be returned as they are charged for additional services by other subjects of economic activity.
